These terms and conditions govern access to and use of Finance With Jeff research publications, services, and analytical materials.
Research Service Access
Finance With Jeff provides independent equity research services, market analysis reports, and educational research materials across Indian securities markets. Access to research materials is granted solely for the personal informational and analytical use of the authorized subscriber.
Subscription Terms
Subscriptions to research services are activated upon receipt of confirmed subscription details and compliance with applicable onboarding requirements. Subscription access is personal, non-transferable, and non-assignable.
Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide accurate and complete information where required, maintain the confidentiality of their access credentials, thoroughly review research materials and associated risk disclosures, and make independent investment decisions suited to their personal financial situation, objectives, and risk appetite.
Fees
Subscription fees for research services are communicated transparently prior to subscription. All fees are payable through legitimate banking and digital payment channels. Pricing details to be updated upon completion of applicable registration.
Research Communication
Research reports, setup notes, and market commentary are communicated via official digital channels such as the subscriber portal and registered email. Communications are intended strictly for subscribers and must not be treated as personalized execution orders.
Risk Acknowledgement
Investments in securities markets are subject to market risks. Research is an analytical opinion and not a guarantee of returns or capital preservation. Market conditions can change rapidly, and past performance is not indicative of future results. Clients acknowledge that all investment decisions are made at their own risk.
Termination
Finance With Jeff reserves the right to suspend or terminate service access in the event of unauthorized redistribution of research, breach of terms, non-compliance with regulatory requirements, or abusive conduct. Subscribers may terminate subscriptions in accordance with applicable service terms.
Refunds
Refund terms will be published with the applicable subscription terms. All cancellation and refund requests will be processed in accordance with the established refund policy.
Use of Research Material
Research materials, reports, valuation frameworks, and data compilations are provided exclusively for subscriber review. Subscribers shall not forward, broadcast, publish, commercially exploit, or redistribute research materials to third parties without prior written consent.
Intellectual Property
All trademarks, research documents, analytical methodologies, text, branding, and platform materials belong to Finance With Jeff and Dr. Alagu Vimalesh. Unauthorized reproduction or use is strictly prohibited.
Grievance Mechanism
Subscribers with questions or grievances may utilize our structured grievance redressal mechanism: Step 1 (Research Analyst Desk via support@financewithjeff.com), Step 2 (Applicable regulatory grievance mechanism), Step 3 (SEBI SCORES), and Step 4 (Online Dispute Resolution mechanism).
